Winnipeg Home Auctions lists upcoming mortgage sale and tax sale auctions in Winnipeg and across Manitoba, summarized from public notices. You don't need an account to use the site, and we never ask for your name, email or phone number.

What we record about how the site is used

To learn which listings are most useful, the site records anonymous actions: when a listing's details are opened, and when someone clicks Street View, a phone number, an email address, or a link to the original notice. Each record contains only the listing, the type of action and the time. It does not include your name, IP address or any cookie. We also count how often each sponsor's message is seen and clicked, in the same anonymous way.

Visitor statistics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count overall visits and see which websites send us visitors. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising

Some messages on this site are from sponsors and are always labelled "Sponsored". When you click one, the sponsor's website can see that you came from this site.

We may also show ads from Google AdSense, labelled "Advertisement". Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Phone and email links

Phone numbers and email addresses on listings belong to the law firms and municipalities handling each sale. If you contact them, you're dealing with them directly, and their own privacy practices apply.

About the listings

Listings never include the names of borrowers or property owners. If you see information that shouldn't be here, please contact us and we'll correct or remove it.
